SDGs
What are they?
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs ) are a set of 17 interconnected goals, defined by the United Nations as a strategy "to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all". They are also known as Agenda 2030, from the name of the document entitled Transforming our world: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
All 193 United Nations member states have ratified the 2030 Agenda and have thus committed to translating the planned sustainable development goals into their policies.
